TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The purchase or use of RuYoga Design logos and/or services implies that you, the client, have read and accepted the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

RuYoga Design is owned by RuConcept, Inc. and RuConcept, Inc. retains the right to change this document at any time and without notice. Any modifications to the document are effective immediately and, by purchasing or using our logos and/or services, the client agrees to review this document regularly for such modifications.

None of the artwork shown on RuYogaDesign.com is to be copied or reproduced in any way without the consent of RuYoga Design. Stealing artwork is bad karma.

USE OF LOGOS
Purchased logos are for the client's personal or commercial use only, and are not to be resold or modified without the consent of RuConcept, Inc. Purchased logos may be used in printed materials and in electronic format as needed by the client. Unauthorized use or resale of RuYoga Design logos is strictly prohibited.

The unpurchased logos displayed on RuYogaDesign.com are the property of RuConcept, Inc. and are not to be copied, reproduced, altered, displayed, published, transmitted, distributed, sold, or used in any way without the prior written consent of RuConcept, Inc. RuConcept, Inc. reserves the right to use all RuYoga Design logos and/or services for advertising and promotional purposes.

COLOR ACCURACY AND PRINTING
The client is aware of the possibility that the colors on the screen may differ from the final printing of the product. RuConcept, Inc. is not responsible for mistakes made by the printing house. RuConcept, Inc. is not liable for any discrepancies involving color or final printing.

WEBSITE POLICY
The website templates displayed are designed by RuYoga Design and are not to be resold or modified without the consent of RuConcept, Inc. Each website comes with a unique header design (based on the logo/business card design chosen), and the website template cannot be modified (please see the samples on the pricing page for visual reference). The website templates are built using a Content Management System (CMS), which gives the client the ability to edit text and photos (see Web Info Guide). If you need a customized website, contact our friends at RuConcept.com and they will be happy to assist you.

If the client decides to use Constant Contact (provided by a third party) for the purposes of email list management and marketing, RuYoga Design agrees to provide the necessary programming but shall have no further obligations in terms of education, training, troubleshooting or maintenance.

RuYoga Design is only responsible for completing the project as specified on the RuYogaDesign.com website. We will load the first images and copy in order for the website to go live, but any changes to images and copy thereafter will result in a small fee of $25. Since the websites are built with CMS, the client can also wait to make revisions once the site is live.

RuYoga Design holds the right to cancel and refund an order in the following cases:
a) The client fails to provide RuYoga Design with sufficient information regarding customization;
b) The client demands unreasonable changes to the order;
c) RuYoga Design suspects the payment to be fraudulent.

RuYoga Design does not guarantee programming timeframes set forth on RuYogaDesign.com. Situations may occur that will slow the process, such as: customization requests, client delays in providing information, unforeseen programming difficulties, etc.

RuYoga Design retains the right to mark websites with a "Designed by RuYoga Design" link in the footer area of the site. In the instance that the client requests RuYoga Design to remove the mark, RuYoga Design retains the right to charge a fee for removal.

The client has 2 weeks from the date of purchase to provide RuYoga Design with website content (copy, photos, etc.), purchase their domain (if not previously done) and setup the website hosting account. If content is not provided within the 2 week span, RuYoga Design will begin programming the website and will use "Coming Soon" as a placeholder for the content. Once programming is complete, the site will go live and the client can login to the Content Management System (CMS) to upload their content.

FILE DELIVERY
Once final files have been sent to the client (Logos: JPG/EPS and Business Cards: EPS), it is their responsibility to store them in a safe place for future use. RuYoga Design is not responsible if the client damages or misplaces the files, but RuYoga Design will provide the client with new files for a fee of $25.

PRICING POLICY
RuConcept, Inc. reserves the right to change pricing structures at any time and without notice. Payment is due when the order is placed.

REFUND POLICY
RuYoga Design logos and/or services are intangible. Therefore, they cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.
