Q: How do I place an order with RuYoga Design?
A: You can order using our email form. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we'll
    send you a link to PayPal, where you'll pay for your new logo. You'll receive a
    proof of your logo within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Q: When will I have my new package?
A: Since logos pictured on the RuYoga Design website are already designed,
    we have a quick turnaround time. PDF proofs of your business card and

    website layout (if you purchased a website package) will be emailed to you
    within two business days. Final files will be emailed upon proof approval.
    Customized fonts and colors generally take longer, so delivery time may vary.

Q: What kind of website am I getting?
A: All websites come as is, and we offer two template options - a 3 Page template
    and 5 Page template. Each website comes with a unique header design and

    content management. If you would like to make changes or add custom options,
    there will be additional fees.

Q: What is a content management system (CMS)?
A: A content management system is software that keeps track of every piece
    of content on your website, which can be simple text or photos.

    Using a CMS requires almost no technical skill or knowledge to manage.

Q: Can I purchase a website separately or do I have to purchase a logo with the
    website template?

A: In our continued effort to keep our products affordable for our clients, our
    website templates come as part of a package. We use the logo as the basis for our
    header design, so it is vital to the website template. If you would like a

Q: How long does the website process take?
A: Typically it takes 4 to 5 days to finalize the header design based on your
    logo and 3 - 4 weeks to complete the programming of the site.

Q: Do you offer hosting for websites?
A: No we do not, but we recommend godaddy.com. RuYoga Design is not
    responsible for any hosting problems that may occur.

Q: How do I find a website host?
A: There are many web hosting companies to choose from. It's best to choose a web
    hosting company based on a recommendation (we recommend godaddy.com).

    There are several good hosting review websites on the internet where you can do
    a little research. You can expect to pay from $8-10 each month for a basic hosting
    service. Once you purchase a web hosting subscription, the hostservice. Once you
    purchase a web hosting subscription, the host will supply you with with login
    information to a control panel,where you can manage your e-mail and FTP accounts,
    or they will supply you with just the FTP information.

Q: Why do i need hosting?
A: If you want a website, you will need web hosting. Web hosting provides a way for
    people to access your website through the internet. Without it, there would be no
    way for people to see the page.

Q: Should I use my DBA (Doing Business As) name or my personal name in my logo     design?
A: Either. If you have a DBA, we will be happy to use it in your logo design.
    If you don't, no problem—we can use your personal name. You also have the

    option to use the logo without a name. Please specify your preference in the
    Name to appear on card field on the order form. If you prefer not to use a name,
    please leave that field blank.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: Because it is convenient and secure, we use PayPal, which accepts all
    major credit cards
(Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

Q: When will I have my new logo?
A: Since logos pictured on the RuYoga Design website are already designed,
    we have a quick turnaround time. If you take your exclusive logo "as-is",
    you'll have it within 2 business days. Customized fonts and colors generally
    take longer, so delivery time may vary.

Q: Why is there a watermark on all the logos? Will it print with the logos?
A: No, the watermark is just there for our protection against stolen designs,
    Remember, stealing artwork is bad karma.

Q: How much do I pay for color and font customization?
A: If, after reviewing the proof (you’ll receive it via email), you are unhappy
    with the color combination you’ve chosen, you can explore up to 2
    additional color combinations for a small fee of $25. Please note that a
    color combination consists of one to two colors.

Q: Do you offer fully customized identity packages?
A: RuYoga Design specializes in ready-made logos for yoga and wellness
    professionals. But if you email our friends at our parent company, RuConcept
    Design and Advertising, they will put together a great package for you

Q: Does anything come with my logo?
A: With the purchase of a logo, you’ll also receive a free business card
    design. We’ll happily help you with stationary needs—just send us an email
    at
info@RuYogaDesign.com or call us toll free at (877) 4-RuYoga.

Q: How are logo files delivered?
A: We send logo files to the email address provided in your order form in the
    most common formats, JPG and EPS. You’ll receive JPG and EPS files of
    you logo and an EPS file of your business card. Please note that EPS files
    are designed to have the best print quality and should be used when
    working with print houses. Please also note that because each print house
    has its own  process, files may not be set up to work with all print houses
    as delivered. For a small fee of $40 we’ll gladly format your files per the
    needs of your printing service.

Q: Where are the final files stored once the project is completed?
A: It is the client's responsibility to store the files in a safe place once they
    receive the final files. RuYoga Design is not responsible if the client
    damages or misplaces the files, but will provide the client with new files
    for a fee of $25.

Q: Do you provide printing for business cards? What is the cost?
A: Yes, please see our pricing structure. The finalized files you receive are
    automatically formatted to work with our print house. We can also coordinate
    printing at your preferred printing house for $40.

Q: What is Pantone Matching System (PMS)?
A: PMS is a standardized system that allows for more precise color matching.
    Because
colors vary on each computer screen, PMS allows us to more accurately
    match your color choices.

Q: Can other people buy the same RuYoga Design logo that I choose?
A: No. Each logo is unique. Once you purchase a logo, it’s yours and yours only.

Q: Who designs the logos?
A: One of our in-house graphic artists designs all RuYoga Design logos with
    
the spirit of yoga and wellness communities in mind.

Q: The logo I liked is no longer on the website. How can I find it?
A: If you cannot find the logo, it has been purchased and removed from
    the website. Please check out one of the many other logos listed on
    our
website.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Our products are intangible, so we can’t offer refunds. Please see our
     Terms and Conditions
page for information regarding the Refund Policy.

Q: Can I copyright or trademark my logo?
A: When you purchase a logo, it’s yours and you are free to copyright or
